Cash & Credit Control Specialist

Barilla Turkey is looking for an Administration Specialist  - Cash & Credit Control  based in İstanbul city to join Finance Team. The individual will report to the Cash and Credit Professional. 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or in a related field
• Min. 2 years experience in Finance & Credit Control departments of the companies or corporate/commercial relationship department of the commercial banks
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication skills, cross functional team worker
• Logo / Unity knowledge is an asset

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensuring both domestic and export customers pay on time
• Monitoring timely collection of account receivables
• Checking customer’s credit ratings
• Close relationship with credit insurance companies
• Preparing aging reports of the customers weekly and reporting them to the sales department
• Checking the risk limits of all customers on a daily basis and stop supply in a risky position
• Bookkeeping activities of all bank accounts
• Supporting the cash flow planning activities of the company
• Preparing the payment list of the suppliers
• Efficient use of currencies on deposit and developing alternative investment options
• Effective  usage cash management systems of the banks
• Supporting negotiations with banks

The expected starting date is January 2018.
