GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

The Training Specialist originates and leads all activities associated with evaluating and overseeing training needs, researching materials and methods, developing training programs, updating or modifying existing courses and programs, establishing a curriculum, overseeing employee instruction and various administrative duties, such as scheduling classes and organizing enrollment.

OBJECTIVE

  • Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal and external customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing training initiatives and standards; ensure procedures are fully understood and implemented.
  • Identify and asses training needs based on organizational needs for area of responsibility and implement the global initiatives relevant to the same.
  • Take ownership for initiatives and projects as assigned based on organizational needs for area of responsibility and the global initiatives relevant to the same.Recommend, implement and update guidelines and policies to ensure relevant Training services and consistent standards of employee development.
  • Challenge current processes (policies, structure, etc.) and status quo; think outside of the box in terms of solutions; proactively contact HR lead teams for advice and solutions that are aligned with the team across regions.
  • Work closely with Management in structuring and developing their respective teams and support agreed action plans.Develop, design and implement training programs and training plan within area of responsibility in alignment with HR lead teams, Talent Acquisition Teams and People leaders to ensure the development of the employees in line with the business target according to defined standards.Drive the implementation of the training plan in line with the training budget.
  • Work closely with HR team in improving company processes. This also incorporates liaison with Line and Senior Management and employees regarding training needs and activities.
  • Develop, design and implement induction programs to equip new comers with necessary business orientation and smooth transition to the company.
  • Identify and report training metrics. Conducting evaluation and reporting of effectiveness of the training programs and making necessary improvements. 
  • Develop, design and implement in-house trainings according to defined training needs.
  • Track, report and create actions needed for the improvement of the KPI’s within the area of responsibility according to defined targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
  • English fluent (written & oral)
  •  Minimum of 3-5 years progressive work experience in the training and /or generalist field of HR.
