Project Engineer - Bandırma

OBJECTIVE

Development and execution and startup of CAPEX projects in Bandırma Region and facilities project related activities in Bandırma Slaughterhouse, FPP, Feed Mill, Utilities.

REQUIREMENTS

·         Graduated in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with bachelor’s degree

·         English: Fluent English (required high level) 

·        Minimum 3 years of experience as engineer

·        Preferably Project Management Experience

·         Mechanical technical knowledge

·         Knowledge of processes and equipment specification

·         Process layout analysis skills, Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

·         Ability to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels of the organization and represent the area in a professional manner

·         Knowledge in AutoCAD

·         Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word)

·         Preferable knowledge in MS Project

·         Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)

·         Owner’s posture, To be proactive, take initiative

·         Flexibility in working hours and different shifts

·         Good organizational and communication skills

·         Good ability to work under pressure

·         Planning & coordination with multicultural environment

·         Based in Bandırma

RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

·        Find out technologies available in order to apply them in our process (Slaughterhouse, Industrialized products and Feed Mill)

·        Feasibility studies: technical and financial

·        Third party and Contracts management

·        Lead project execution on the field

·        Identify improvements opportunities and propose suitable projects

·        Follow PDCA methodology

·         Comply to HSE, Quality, Environment and Technical rules

·         Process study and lay-out development

·         Equipment Specification

·         Development of technical descriptions

·         Monitor and follow the execution of works / projects in the field.

·         Project budget control

·         Prepare the projects documentations such as PDCA, VCD, …

·         Support technically the application of integrated practices concerning Yield, Quality, Productivity and HSE (Health Safety Environment)

·         Recommend, where appropriate, the frequency adjustment / modification of standards.

·         Establish goals, KPIs and benchmarking, contributing to the improvement strategies
