QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Maintenance in Food Industry,
• English: Fluent / Business proficiency,
• Technical knowledge and strong knowledge about management tools and leadership
• Good knowledge of PLC programming: Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley and so on. 
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
• Team player
• Problem solver
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make the develop your team, manage resources and solve the problems
• Ability to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels of the organization and represent the area in a professional manner
• Strong knowledge on maintenance of industrial equipments
• Excellent command of concepts and application of Efficiency and maintenance practices (preventive, predictive, corrective)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word)
• Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)

• Manage the maintenance cost of the area
• Responsible for the maintenance availability of the area
• Training all the team about the standards maintenance
• Attracting, developing and retaining talents in the areas of Maintenance
• Implement maintenance routines in your area of responsibility
• Guarantee the compliance with the safety and environment standards (HSE)
• Manage utilities and maintenance performance indicators (KPIs)
• Control the tools, equipment, instruments and devices for Maintenance
