Customer Technıcal Specıalıst

BAMESA ÇELİK SERVİSSANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ

                We are looking a colleague who will work at Orhangazi Bursa. That person will be work as a ''Customer Technical Specialist'' and reports to Purchasing Director.

                Responsible of ensuring that BAMESA  offers the best quality and service to its customers and to support them for claims and technical issues. Also guiding sales, production, quality, Purchasing and planning departments about customer expectations.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

·        University degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.

·        Preferred master degree in Engineering / MBA.

·        Technical experience at one of the flat steel mil.

·        Commercial experience is also preferred.

·        Min. 5 years up to 10 years professional experience required.

·        Proactive, independent and self motivated.

·        Dynamic , result driven.

·        Ability to achieve results under stress.

·        Good communication skills is a must.

·        Good command of English is  a must.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

·        To visit customers for technical claims.

·        After investigation of the claims and talking to responsible departments to finalize the claims.

·        Giving technical consultancy to the customers about steel production, norms, tolerances, etc . 

·        Guiding sales, purchasing, production, quality and planning department about customers technical expectations.

·        To establish a healthy and sustainable relationship with customers quality, purchasing, production departments.

·        To follow up the market trends about different sectors and to inform management about the future potentials.

·        Doing marketing activities.

·        Preparing market intelligence reports.

·        Preparing reports for claims. 

·        Making root cause analysis for claims.

·        Preparing 8D,etc reports for customers.

·        Coordination of claim meetings with related departments.

·        To support customers to optimize their processes with better steel knowledge.

·        Giving technical seminars to customers.

·        Continues improvement for production and quality is a part of CTS responsibility.

·        For different improvement projects CTS can manage different projects.

·        This role requires a regular contact with Bamesa quality department.

·        Bamesa wants to achieve excellency at all the processes, CTS support each department to reach the best level and satisfy the customers with its products and customer oriented approach with long term partnership.

·        CTS can be speaker at various events to represent the company.

·        To support purchasing department about possible cost reduction opportunities.

·        To create strategy maps for suppliers and support purchasing department about capabilities of existing and potential suppliers.
