JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement the annual internal & external communication strategy and plans of Balparmak with the Corporate Communications Manager
• Prepare and coordinate social responsibility and internal communication activities to increase the brand value in cooperation with the Human Resources Department
• Closely monitor and assess the corporare communication agenda and develop actions plans when necessary
• Prepare and coordinate the company’s press relations, plans and prepare the required content for company’s press interviews
• Manage PR agencies and coordinate media relations
• Manage sponsorship deals for Balparmak
• Accompany and lead all media interviews, including talking points of other spokespersons of Balparmak
• Support PR plans and activities regarding sustainability and projects
• Analyze media monitoring reports and inform related parties regarding topics
• Support the creation of corporare communication strategic contents
• Manage advertorials and media planning of Balparmak
• Support defining clear communication strategy and content during crisis
• Monthly corporate communication budget management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from related fields (Preferably Communication and PR, Sociology, Language or Literature, Business Administration, International Relations or other relevant fields)
• Minimum 5 years’ of experience in public relations and communications (preferably with PR agency experience or experience in media sector)
• Excellent command of Turkish and English
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong planning skills and closely following the media
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Curious personality, information seeking, willing to learn more
