1. Responsible for import operation;
2. Responsible for making and sorting out import files and documents;
3. Responsible for arranging space booking, communicating and coordinating import details with freight forwarders, towing shops and warehouses to ensure the smooth implementation of import plan; •
4.Cargo delivery arrangement and management. •
1.Responsible for daily sales order operation, order checking, payment fulfillment, and customer delivery; Follow up the order fulfillment of contract customers, and follow up the order;
2.Responsible for reasonable arrangement of import plan according to market conditions and inventory; Make delivery plan according to the order and inventory. Understanding of inventory, special delivery, etc.
3. Product price management, control of special price, and establishment of price list; 4.Responsible for the preparation and review of sales contracts, and file and keep them;
5. Responsible for sales statistics, making various reports and analyzing data;
6.Check the accounts with the finance department, solve the problem of differences, and handle the issue of customer billing;
7.Complete other work assigned by the superior.
1. Good at speaking Mandrain Chinese,foreign trade and logistics, bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 1 year of working experience as a sales assistant and secretary; proficient in OFFICE software, fluent in English;
3. High sensitivity to data and good at analyzing all kinds of data. Able to work under pressure, strong communication skills, willing to work as a secretary for a long time. Strong executive ability and careful handling of work.
