SENIOR DESIGNER (Kıdemli Tasarımcı)

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for "Senior Fashion Designer”

* Has a BA degree graduation in Fashion Design and at least 5 years of work experience as a Fashion Designer for the ready to wear manufacturing companies which are focused on export.

* Fluent in English skill, other languages such as Spanish, German or Italian are a great addition.

* Creative and visionary with a passion for fashion,

* Has good skills in collection development, brand understanding, and visual communication skills.

* Has knowledge of pattern making, sewing and fabric sourcing. 

* Has product development experience in mainly soft woven and additionally jersey as well. 

* Ability in using such computer programs as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and CAD

* Following world fashion trends closely on WGSN, carrying out store visits and market analysis, experienced for fashion fairs abroad, No obstacle to travel abroad to visit clients

* Designs and organizes within the development/production calendar to develop on time seasonal products geared towards each client they are responsible for. Making suitable designs for the brands’ target group. Identifying suitable product range within the collection. 

* Has knowledge of working with factories/mills/print houses to develop the right samples.

* Working together with Marketing Team about the cost of designed products. 

* Attending fit sessions to ensure the fits are appropriate for the target customer group.

* Great team player, motivated and dedicated individual with a love for fashion, fabrics and executing ready to wear garments from initial to final stages.
