AXA Sigorta is looking for a team member for its Reinsurance and Technical Process Management team with the qualifications below;

Qualities

• Preferably graduated from Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations departments of universities
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Underwriting, Audit and Process Analysis Activities in the insurance sector (Specialist) or willing to gain experience in this field (Assistant Specialist)
• Preferably interested in technical expertise and technical analysis experience in projects related to underwriting
• Excel from MS Office programs can use a good degree
• Advanced knowledge of English (writing, reading, speaking)
• Analytical thinking and reporting skills
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Cares about teamwork

Job Description

• Controlling and auditing that corporate insurance and reinsurance business acceptances are carried out in accordance with the company's risk acceptance principles and all kinds of application instructions, and monitoring the results
• Analyzing the processes and drawing risk maps of the risky areas in the process, creating control points for the identified process risks, developing early warning actions, monitoring the actions to be taken and establishing the necessary systematic structure to prevent recurrence of the risk
• Determination of UW principles and standards, definition, measurement and regular monitoring of performance indicators to check that operations are within the specified quality limits
