QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

What You'll Do

  • Provide in the implementation of HSE management systems, programs, and procedures to achieve the HSE policy deployments
  • Targeting in accordance with extrenal interrested parties requirements and internal interested parties such as Autoliv AEU & Autoliv Global
  • Ensuring the HSE legal watch and compliance to the local, national & internataional HSE requirements
  • Developing and implement the Occupational H&S Risk assessment and the Environmantal Impact analysis
  • Coordinating Site Risk Management, studies with AEU HSE Director and organize and manage risk management audits made by the insurance company
  • Ensuring that all HSE event are reported and investigated through detailed root cause analysis and that corrective actions are planned and implemented
  • Making local and global root cause analysis and reporting for all recordable injury and all HSE events
  • To ensuring that its processes are carried out in accordance with Autoliv procedures, quality policies and IATF16949 and ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO27001
  • Lead ergonomics workshops and improvement activities with cross funchion team

What is required: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience required in manufacturing Sectors (Automotive Industries are preferable)
  • Minimum Class B Certificate
  • Effective leadership skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority and work within a matrix organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Autonomy, organizational abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in EHS training, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems (ISO 50001 knowledge is preferable)
  • Preferred Candidate
