Sales Specialist ( Ist. Airport -Local Products )

We are hiring ''Sales Specialists'' for our Old Bazaar shops in Istanbul Airport. 

 SKILLS 

 • A minimum high school degree, 

 • A minimum of two years’ experience in sales, 

• Motivated by being a team player with a common goal, 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships, 

• Excellent customer service skills, 

 • Good level of English ( at least upper intermediate ) 

• Flexible to work at night shift in addition to day shift, 

 GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

 • To maintain a strong understanding of current products and ensure that customers are informed and aware, providing excellent customer service, 

• Be aware of daily sales targets and performance against them. Use appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met, 

• To ensure that all procedures and policies are understood. To carry out work according to those standards, 

• Ensure that personal appearance and presentation are strictly in line with company standards, 

• Actively ensuring merchandise presentation reflect VM standards and general tidiness and cleanliness of the store at all times, 

• Contributing ideas and suggestions to the team in order to achieve improvements in all aspects of the store performance, 

• Demonstrating flexibility by supporting the store management in any other ad-hoc duties as might reasonably be required in the successful running of the store
