2. GENERAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related fields
- At least 10 years of experience in accounting and finance controlling
- Experienced in accounting manager position
- Good understanding of Turkish GAAP, IFRS, Turkish Tax and Accounting
- Possessing knowledge of Cost Accounting
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve accounting and operational issues
- Good level of English to work in a global company
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Possessing good knowledge on SAP will be a strong plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- No restriction for overseas travel
- CPA licence holder will be a plus
3. JOB DESCRIPTION
- To supervise daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Control and confirm all the invoices received and issued
- Performing AR and AP and all general ledger account reconciliations
- Preparing financial analysis and financial reports, Preparing BA/BS report
- Accounting of payroll and wage transactions
- Tracking and reconciliation of bank transactions
- Managing company's assets
- Inventory and accounting differences control and accounting
- Prepare payment plan and follow up accounting payable and receivable
