UX Design and Development Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields from a reputable university,
• Preferably 3 years of working experience in the field of UX design and development,
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken),
• Preferably experience in one of Google Optimize, Optimizely or Visual Web Site Optimizer tools,
• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud,
• Strong knowledge design and wireframe tools,
• Having web/mobile applications portfolio,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Ability to see the big picture as well as careful attention to detail,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Research for providing excellent customer experience,
• Taking active role for user testing, analyze and reporting process,
• Produce wireframes, flowcharts, storyboards, scenarios, and interactive prototypes,
• Adding to industrial trends on design guide for developing ongoing IOS and Android platforms,
• Develop front-end when needed,
• Test A/B with user experience analytical tools and share results with related departments,
• Design landing pages for digital campaign and support optimization of digital campaign,
• Research digital products except web and mobile platforms and carry current works to this platforms,
