Catering & Inflight Manager

• Bachelor's degree in related departments,
• At least 10 years of experience particularly in catering and inflight and minimum 3 years of experience in team management,
• Preferably have aviation experience,
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken),
• Good have knowledge of global food and trends, product and service delivery concepts,
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer services,
• Understanding of food hygience,
• Effectively lead cross functional teams in developing and enhancing product and service offering,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

DESCRIPTION

• Develop catering menus, specifications and aircraft galley diagrams for packing and cart positions,
• Supervise catering planning in order to ensure that company standarts and procedures are strictly adhered to,
• Interact with catering companies to ensure that all passenger and aircraft catering requirements are met,
• Meet with existing catering vendors to ensure acceptable levels of catering service are met and to address any negative trending levels of service,
• Management of flights/catering requirements,
• Responsible for proactively generating ideas by researching, planning, designing, creating and implementing changes to constantly refresh the inflight and lounge products and services to maintain world-wide leadership whilst ensuring this offering is in keeping with customers' needs network wide,
• Analyse and understand customers' perception of value through internal and external feedback and competitor evaluation. Use these findings to assist in designing and developing new products and services to ensure Atlasglobal is the market leader in the inflight services arena,
• To active role planning for implementation of new product implementations/enhancements for inflight&lounges to ensure periodic refresh of products and service levels and keep abreast and/or lead market trends. The implementation plan will include budgets and prioritised work plans.
