University degree in Marine, Naval or Mechanical engineering,

Minimum 10 years of experience in ship building or ship hull repair & maintanence

Minimum 5 years of planning manager experience within the shipyard industry

Fluency in English both written and verbal

Advanced knowledge of MS and Auto Cad

Demenstrable leadership skills in directing work,

Able to make fast decisions

Have strong communication skills

Able to work in a fast paced work environment, has a dynamic personality

Has advanced planning and organizing skills

Detail oriented & highly disciplined

Result oriented & great in time management

Coordinate shipyard projects to ensure that productions are carried out with consideration given to

date/time and goal.

Preparing subcontractor contracts and technical specifications, and managing current productions

ensuring coordination with 

Presenting contracts and technical specifications reports to the management

Managing shipyard projects and Project coordination meetings

Pre-interviewing with subcontractors and reporting it to the production and shipyard manager

Minimilazing the possible production failure and get off course between relevant departmans such as

procurement, design, repair & maintanence, production and accounting

Preparing bill of materials

Managing budgets of current and upcoming projects

Providing direction, instruction and guidance for the team members
