QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good/sustainable relationship with customers and MTBs.
· Establish long term trusted relationships with key account customers both in technical and procurement processes
· Identify business opportunuties and provide the most suitable solutions according to customer needs
· Drive customer satisfaction with necessary customer support functions to increase loyalty of customers
· Aggressively exploit the responsible territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
· Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
· Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, line trials, seminars, WTL, line audits, airline audits solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
· Cooperate with customer and project team in customer projects, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.
· Cooperate with marketing team in marketing activities and market analysis.
· Cooperate with service, project and marketing to achieve customer satisfaction
· Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivables & overdues
· Report timely and accurately(monthly reports, CRM opportunity and activity inputs, weekly forecast file over C4C…)
· Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.
Skills and experience:
· At least 3 years working experience in industrial sales
· Premium brands selling experience is preference
· Key account management is preference
