ASTS Profil ( Official company name )  founded in 1999 as manufacturer of extruded PVC, PS , ABS  decorative surfacing materials for furniture industry. After rising in export operations all over the world, company decided to operate its edgebanding operations under the brand name of MobelKant, decorative profile materials under the brand name of MobelPro, adhesives under the brand name of MobelMelt and finally tools under the name of MobelTools. 

Currently we export %80 of what we produce to all over the world supplying the all sizes, colors and unlimited packing options. 

MobelKant has became the preferred edgebanding manufacturer in last 5 years both nationally and internationally with turnover of 500 million TL and exporting more than 50 countries all over the world.

We are looking for an “Export Sales Support” with the following qualifications to be assigned to the Sales department.of our company.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Foreign Trade or relevant fields. ( Candidate should be good in Math since there will be Math exam before job acceptance. ) 
• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position  with  International Trade-Export operations and Knowledge of Export Procedures and Regulations
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Second language as Spanish is preferred,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Follow up on customer payments, ensures the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management,
• Ability  to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities ;be flexible  and make decissions under stress and pressure,
• Well organized and good at time management skills ;systematic;reliable and team worker,
• Excellent coordination skills with clients,
• Able to travel abroad,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Must live in Asian side of Istanbul. 
• Must be aged under 30

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Processing, checking, pre-geritering and monitoring orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Help following the new products development by classifying, listing and organizing samples before and after development. As well as providing information when required concerning to these samples
• Doing daily tasks that will complement and help improving the performance of the sales team. Collecting, classifying and organising shipment of samples through DHL (or other).
• Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status.
• Completing, checking, pre-geritering and monitoring orders and operations by using Power BI tools and pipelines.
• Answering or giving support to question sometimes out of office time.
• Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed
• Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors.
