QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a teammate in the "Sales Specialist" position to work in ASPİLSAN's Ankara campus.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from universities' Engineering or Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences departments,

• Being experienced in the field of Battery and Battery Technologies,

• Having a minimum of 5 years of sales experience,

• Ability to develop qualified business in the private sector,

• Will actively visit corporate customers in the field,

• Able to work with daily/weekly/monthly sales targets,

• Knowing English well,

• Being able to use MS Office programs effectively,

• Being experienced in using ERP and CRM,

• Having high persuasion skills and improved communication skills,

• Thinking analytically and being result-oriented,

• Working in a disciplined and systematic manner,

• Being suitable for teamwork,

• Adapting to flexible working hours,

• No restrictions on domestic and international travel,

  JOB DESCRIPTION

• To carry out sales activities for project/customer based targets of the Battery and Battery technologies that we produce and export,

• Creating accurate and realistic sales plans and sales forecasts for specified target customers,

• Visiting customers regularly to promote products, searching for new markets and creating new sales channels while ensuring the development of brand and technology culture,

• To expand the customer portfolio, to actively sell with regional targets and to develop permanent and long-term relationships with customers.

• Taking an active role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Working in coordination with relevant units within the company and ensuring information sharing

• Managing relationships with existing and newly acquired customers by using all kinds of communication opportunities. All sales and after-sales order etc. in these customers. carry out activities.

• Reporting sales figures weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually,

5 - 15 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
