We are looking for a "Quality and Business Process Development Manager" to work with us.

Qualifications;

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering Department of Universities
• Min. 10 years work experience
• Strong knowledge on quality  systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, CMMI        
• Strong leadership & communication skills with hands on approach
• Self-Driven, passionate, accountable, influencer, strong cooperative team player, relationship builder
• People management experience with strong team-building & interpersonal skills

Communication & Coordination: Qualified individuals should have very strong people skills and be extremely organized.

Hands-On: Qualified individuals would spearhead the development of a more corporate structured environment and be involved in all aspects of the day to day grind.

Team Leader and Agent of Change: This position will be a challenge so the candidate must be motivated and strong willed.

Accountabilities and Deliverables;

• Be a driving force & change leader in insuring a strong and committed culture of quality throughout the organization.
• Develop and implement a Quality organizational structure capable of supporting the strategic initiatives and lead the efforts to integrate quality needs into the development of short and long-term improvement plans. This includes leading/supporting the operation in the implementation and improvement of Quality Management Systems.
• Provide Quality interface and expertise between the operation and its customers to proactively identify or anticipate their needs and expectations and ensure they are understood and satisfied.
• Provide the complaint management system and the corrective/preventive action process related to customer issues – with feedback (Customer and Division) – and the coordination of customer visits and audits.
• Build relationships with division and corporate functions in order to support identification, review, prioritization and execution of key improvements opportunities/projects to drive results.
• Lead the internal Quality System Audit program for the organization and manage the corrective action system in conjunction with the management review process.
• Recommend new or leading-edge technologies, methods, tools and procedures on the fields of quality assurance and continuous improvement to proactively address changes in the business environment.
• Support the management of performance and provide career development opportunities to all the employees within the quality and warranty function of the organization. This includes the development and implementation of training programs to build “bench strength” in the organization. Develop future leaders within his team.
