DevOps Engineer (.Net)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or any related discipline

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer

• Experience with Windows administration experience, IIS, .NET 

• Experience in the latest versions of the following: ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, Web services, WCF, IIS

• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience on CI/CD practices

• Experience with tools such as Docker and Docker-based deployments

• Knowledge of Git and Git branching models

• Understanding of load balancing, web farm and caching technologies to provide web operations at large scale including integration of various backend services is a plus

• A good command of written and spoken English

• Male candidates should have no military obligations or postponed for at least two years

The position offers an engineer the opportunity to make major contributions to Arvento’s products and projects. The responsibilities of this position are: 

• Own, define, design and implement DevOps solutions

• Provide development team guidance in various DevOps technology areas

• Define and implement DevOps environment and setting up tools for any kind of automation

• Building large-scale web applications and working with distributed systems experience

• Setting up automated CI/CD environments for different teams

• Deployment of a large variety of software products to test, staging and production systems

• Interact with Development team members to improve our engineers’ tools, technology stack, and application performance and stability

• Monitoring of existing solutions and adapt to new business requirements
