Qualifications:

• Bachelor and/or Master degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, statistics or related fields
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Basic level of programming knowledge is preferable
• Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with hands-on configuration of automated processes
• The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind
• Out-of-the-box thinker and interest for future technologies e.g. Artificial Intelligence
• Result oriented with analytical thinking capability
• Self-motivated, able to self-improve, keen on learning new and complex Technologies
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to cooperate and have good communication with project team, business groups and customers

Job Description:

• Developing processes and assisting the RPA team in the analysis and support stages as well
• Designing process solutions and assisting more senior developers in process development stage.
• Configuring new processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured,    maintainable and easy to understand.
• Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
• Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process
