• Bachelor’s degree from Engineering (Preferably Industrial Engineering) 
• Preferably minimum 2 years experience in logistics operation. Especially operational field work experience is preferred 
• Good knowledge of MS Office Programs 
• Successful in human relations with high communication skills 
• Have analytical decision skills  
• Adapt to intensive work pace 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Have comprehensive knowledge of English 
• Have an active driving license (Type B) 
• Completed military service for male candidates 
• Living/willing to live in Anatolian Side of İstanbul or Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To find out operational improvement areas doing fieldwork, work study and observations 
• Analysis of improvement areas and determination of corrective actions by these analyzes 
• Carrying out necessary studies to keep operational efficiency at a high level 
• Researching innovative and process-improving operational equipment, conducting site tests, detailed analysis of these tests, and provision of necessary equipment 
• Investigating new technologies in order preparation processes, sample / pilot application tests in the site of operation and analysis of test results 
• Designing flow charts of operations field and working areas that minimizes movement. Following up redesigned fields applications and usability 
• Establishment of reporting structures for the correct course of site processes, monitoring deviations and taking necessary actions
