QUALIFICATIONS

As an international consulting and engineering firm, we are seeking a Junior Project Manager for our Istanbul Office to strengthen our Project Management Team.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering from reputable universities,

·       MSc in Project or Construction Management is a must,

·       Working knowledge of standard computer programs,

·       For project planning a sound knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera is required.

·       Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,

·       Self-motivated, eager to learn and to take on new challenges,

·       Ability to liaise and communicate with integrated multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders,

·       Effective communication and presentation skills,

·       Strong planning and organization skills,

·       No travel restrictions (national & international),

·       Have a driver’s license,

·       For male candidates, military service must be completed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of senior leaders and project managers.

·       Assist the project management activities including the design management, program management, project planning, procurements, and contract strategy, cost and value management, tender preparation, budgeting and preparation of bills of quantities etc. for all project types, i.e. commercial, retail, leisure, offices, museums, university facilities, residential, multi-purpose buildings and healthcare/highly serviced buildings, and aviation.
