QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • University degree in Business Administration or related field,
  • 5+ years of related marketing and supervisory experience,
  • Strong team player with team leadership skills,
  • Experience in planning and implementing marketing strategies, and monitoring, analysing market trends
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish, both written and spoken (German will be considered as a plus),
  • Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities,
  • Ability to negotiate and manage costs effectively with the third parties (e.g. event partnerships)
  • Effective time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, to work well under pressure and to cope with flexible working hours,
  • Professional, dependable, solid work ethic, self-motivated, dedicated,
  • Solid analytical skills, detail and results-oriented,
  • Having good skills in briefing and writing press releases, post show reports, concepting and design direction of advertising, brochures and other sales collateral,
  • Having a driving license and no restriction to travel abroad.


İŞ TANIMI

  • Implementation of marketing strategies in line with company goals,
  • Optimization of the internal and external efficiency of the marketing team, and lead with the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns;
  • Developing, planning, organizing, and managing events and brand communication strategies,
  • Improving and sustaining local and international marketing campaigns effectively to achieve event targets, both for exhibitors and visitors in numbers.
  • Establishing marketing plans for our large-scale trade shows, including market research, competitive analysis, target audience for visitor profiles’ identification/segmentation,
  • Developing strategies and managing marketing communication plan (direct mail, email marketing, advertising, website and telemarketing),
  • Ensuring all marketing communication activity is delivered on time and within agreed expenditure budgets,
  • Having very strong collaboration with the other subsidiaries of the Company,
  • Liaise with other departments of the company and third parties ( sales, stand contractors, CRM suppliers, and media companies),
  • Establishing plans to support the sales team for exhibitor marketing,
  • Responsible for developing strong relationships with marketing team members of the exhibitors to maximize promotion opportunities, gain industry insight and improve customer care,
  • Creating and developing database for target professional visitors, trade magazines, and potential exhibitors,
  • Identifying target markets, looking for new growth opportunities, and developing strategies to communicate with them,
  • Exploring ways of improving existing trade shows and services, and increasing profitability, following the global trends among the worldwide leading trade shows.
