Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law
  
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate & commercial law, contracts law
  
• Excellent command of legal English
  
• Experience in multinational law offices is a plus
  
• Flexible and strong communication skills in multi-cultural business environment from diverse profeciencies,
  
• Good at problem solving and legal analyzes on all kinds of company disputes and projects
  
• Must have completed military service for male candidates
  
• Must have a driving license and able to drive
  
• Position mainly located in Tuzla (İstanbul) Headquarter but should be no restriction for travelling

Job Description

• Provide ongoing legal advice and support to different departments of the company on legal matters
  
• Participate in negotiations, drafting, reviewing and execution of contracts
  
• Responsible for defending the legal rights and interests of the company in all disputes, able to analyze, comment and report all litigation and disputes initiated by or against the company
