HSE Manager

Arıtaş has an exciting new opportunity for a passionate HSE Manager to join our multinational company operating in Manufacturing Sector in Bandırma, Balıkesir. Reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager Manufacturing Operations, you will be responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of the site HSE culture and process safety.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Be a Company representative to the Safety culture and assure that all site personnel, including contractors, follow and practice the culture
• Continuously track/assess all HSE metrics and on required actions to reach the Environmental and Safety compliance and meet objectives
• Take a leading role in planning, coordinating, monitoring and implementing HSE policies and procedures, ensuring all operations comply with relevant legislation and company standards
• Reporting of HSE performance measures to facilitate continuous and continuous improvement of HSE efforts and Results
• Manage all HSE relation with legal and private entities for legal compliance
• Development and delivery of training and information towards a stronger HSE Culture and performance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree qualified in Engineering or similar
• Minimum B Class Legal HSE expert certificate
• Proficient in Operational and HSE standards and regulations within the manufacturing and/or process industry
• Excellent influencing and communication skills to work closely with customers, regulatory authorities, and colleagues as part of an extended, international organisation
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to lead and influence others
• Proactive and highly motivated with a passion for continuous improvement and change management
• Experience in HSE Manager with union environment
• Fluent in English
• Residence or able to residence in Bandırma & Gönen
