R&D Test Engineer

ARGELA Technologies; which provides new generation telecommunications solutions and network infrastructure components, for the telecommunications industry; is looking for  “ R&D Test Engineers” 

Develop test scenarios collaborating with development team Collaborate with operation team to enrich test scenarios with real world examples Integrate test scenarios with CI tools Participate in several software development phases, such as requirements analysis, test development and integration testing Produce detailed test plan and test report template documents Work in an agile environment Participate in feature integration activities with various other teams Responsibilities include the need to build and expand personal technical expertise about telecommunication networks, operating systems, databases.

• Bachelor’s or higher degree from reputable universities in engineering departments Minimum 2 years experience in Telecom sector preferably in Mobile Telecom operators or vendors 
• Knowledge on software test methodologies and standarts 
• Experience in SDLC (software development lifecycle) process 
• Experience in SQL, MYSQL Knowledge on Postman or SOAPUI 
• Self-motivated, learn new skills quickly with minimal guidance. Capable of analytical thinking, structural analysis and design 
• Be committed to quality, adhering to project schedules and milestones 
• Work in a team environment and be a team player A good command in English both verbal and written 

Preferred: Understanding of networking: topologies and common network protocols and services (DHCP, DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, SNMP, TCP/IP, L2-L7, switch, router etc.) Experience on XRAY Test management Tool Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Rancher etc.) Knowledge of IP networking and experience in TCP-IP and protocols/applications running over TCP-IP ( Experience in real time network monitoring and/or customer experience management Have administration and troubleshooting knowledge in Linux environment
