R&D Support Engineer

ARGELA Technologies; which provides next generation telecommunications solutions and network infrastructure components, for the telecommunications industry; is looking for both Senior R&D Support Engineers.

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electronics or Computer Science or a related discipline
• Experience in related topics at least 3-5 years of experience
• Solaris and/or Linux administration is a must
• Coding skills in script languages is a must for senior engineers
  • Scripting (Python/Shell Scripting/PL-SQL) etc.
  • Test Tools:  SOAPUI, Jmeter,  etc.
• Database installment and maintenance is a must
  • SQL knowledge and DB procedure design and implementation skill is a big plus
• Network WAN, LAN, FW configuration experience is a big plus
• Application deployment & maintenance experience on JEE Application servers is a big plus
• Good communication skills
• Self motivated and a good team player

• Active support for product development projects
  • Level 3 support for the projects that are deployed and already being developed
• Sometimes there can be need for Level 2 and the candidate should be ready to work in Level 2 support mode either.
• Integration testing
  • Test List documentation
  • Test Tool (Simulators) Development
  • Regression testing on each new release update
  • Test Automation Tool Development
  • Release Management for the products
  • Periodic Maintenance Operations to products that are live
