QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

AREAS Proje Pazarlama

Since 2003, AREAS Proje Pazarlama manages the marketing and sales processes of real estate projects developed by construction companies with a professional perspective.

AREAS Proje Pazarlama has achieved differentiation with the business models it has developed. It is one of the most experienced and leading marketing and sales organization in the sector with its knowledge gained in different projects at many locations at the same time.


CALL CENTER MANAGER

We are waiting for the applications of the candidates having the following qualifications who will officiate as “Call Center Manager” position.

. Native language must be Arabic and additional language must be English in advance level,

· Must have minimum 3 years of experience in call center manager position,

· Must have Call Center quality processes dominate,

· Must have team management experience,

· Graduated of 2-year associate degree or 4-year Bachelor's,

· Preferably experienced in sales,

· Must have strong communication skill,

· Have ability to think analytically,

· Good level of verbal and written communication skill,

· Able of using MS Office programs as professional,

· Must be positive, presentable, high motivation, persuasion and presentation ability,

· Must have empathy skill and proper to teamwork,

· Must be follower, careful and disciplined,

NOTE: The working offices are BEYLİKDÜZÜ – BAHÇEŞEHİR.



JOB DESCRIPTION

· Realizing Sales-oriented coaching to call center team in accordance with given goals,

· Ensuring the realization of the daily goal activities of the call center,

· Realizing performance assessments over target criteria,

· Listening inbound - outbound calls,

· Preparing activity reports and customer follow-up,

· Providing of necessary ideas and feedback on the development of sales.

Preferred Candidate

More than 3 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced) Arabic(Reading : Native Language, Writing : Native Language, Speaking : Native Language)
