QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

AREAS Proje Pazarlama

Since 2003, AREAS Proje Pazarlama manages the marketing and sales processes of real estate projects developed by construction companies with a professional perspective.

AREAS Proje Pazarlama has achieved differentiation with the business models it has developed. It is one of the most experienced and leading marketing and sales organization in the sector with its knowledge gained in different projects at many locations at the same time.

 

CALL CENTER CUSTOMER CONSULTANT (Persian)

We are waiting for the applications of the candidates having the following qualifications who will officiate as “Call Center Customer Consultant” position at our head office inBahçeşehir - Bahçekent / ISTANBUL.



·       Native language must be PERSIAN and additional language must be English in advance level,

·       Preferably inbound - outbound calls experience will be plus,

·       Must have strong communication skill,

·       Have ability to think analytically,

·       Good level of verbal and written communication skill,

·       Able of using MS Office programs as professional,

·       Must be positive, presentable, high motivation, persuasion and presentation ability,

·       Must have empathy skill and proper to teamwork,

·       Must be follower, careful and disciplined,   

 

AREAS ACADEMY

Candidates who are successful in the job interviews are eligible to attend the AREAS ACADEMY training program. In the AREAS ACADEMY implementation, an accurate start is planned for both candidate and AREAS Proje Pazarlama by matching the characteristics of the job with the characteristics of the candidate. 




JOB DECRIPTION



·       Contacting the customers and follow up via inbound / outbound calls and digital platform,

·       Introducing the housing projects according to the needs of customers,

·       Informing customers about campaigns and innovations,

·       Preparing activity reports and customer follow-up,

·       Providing of necessary ideas and feedback for development of sales.

 

Preferred Candidate

No experience preference
High School(Graduate), Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced) Farsi(Reading : Native Language, Writing : Native Language, Speaking : Native Language)
