It started in our Istanbul office and expanded all over the globe: Dubai, London, and San Francisco. We currently work in 5 offices, with 120 team members and 50+ global clients at 17+ countries.

Job Description

Managing and coordinating internal or external teams in connection with the assigned projects.

Managing and oversight of external consultants, design teams, contractors, and other external professionals as necessary.

Developing and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts for assigned new construction, renovation.

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required and master-degree is preferable.
  • Having 5-10 years of similar experience in retail and hospitality business in Turkey or abroad.
  • Acting of successful project management in complex situations.
  • Experience in execution of luxurious retail fashion shops, cafes, restaurants, and hotel complex projects.
  • Deeply know-how about awareness of local codes and regulations.
  • The ability to collaborate and provide oversight of both internal and external team members and an ability to manage construction works.
  • Self-sufficient to develop and maintain the main principles of project management, which include schedules, budget and contracts, quality assurance, and interaction with all stakeholders such as engineering, purchasing teams.
  • Coordination of technical office and site with high construction experience.
  • Good at computer skills such as AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.
  • Good communication skills & proficiency in Turkish and in English.
