• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering. (Master or PhD preferred.)
• Having experience in embedded software design especially on ARM Cortex M series microcontrollers.
• Having experience in minimum 5 years on embedded C programming and debugging tools preferably in white goods/automotive/consumer electronics industry.
• Knowledge of Matlab /Simulink tools and agile software development methodologies and practices.
• Willing to make research about new technologies and new generations of microcontrollers.
• General competency in periphery disciplines (electronics, electromagnetics, power electronics)
• Strong knowledge of FMEA, requirements management, project management, problem solving methodologies and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,

Arçelik is looking for a Specialist-Software (Power Electronics) who will work for R&D Directorate. 

• Improving and maintaining field-oriented and direct torque control algorithms embedded in our products globally.
• Developing and improving motor control software architecture to ensure fast and efficient execution of motor control projects.
• Using appropriate tools and test methods to ensure fully functional and robust motor control software prior to integration into platforms.
• Planning motor control activities aligned with project need and timing.
• Working with motor and platform engineers to drive appropriate trade offs to deliver subsystem level attribute targets.
• Translating technical/sub-system attribute targets into module/components targets.
• Creating modules/libraries and facilitate reuse of knowledge globally.
• Collaborating across functional and geographic boundaries to leverage global knowledge and deliver winning solutions.
• Designing new software frameworks with ARM Cortex M0/M4/M7 series microcontrollers
• Defining technology roadmaps of the company about microcontrollers, SW developing,
