Specialist – R&D (Structural Design)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical or Manufacturing Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in part design, preferably plastic and aestetic parts,
• Experience in CAD software preferably NX (Good command in Modelling,Surface, Assembly),
• Experience in development from idea to product and conceptual design,
• Solid knowledge in perceived quality, design materials, mold design , reliability,
• Work experience with industrial design teams preferred,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

The position is located in Çayırova.

Arçelik is looking for a Specialist – R&D (Structural Design) who will work for Washing Machine Product Directorate.

• Realizing new part/project/product implementation activities,mainly aestetical parts,
• Making conceptual designs, prototyping for responsible parts,
• Conducting research for design and producability of new parts,
• Following trends in the industry and realizing benchmark activities,
• Using analytical/statistical analysis tools to manage problems,
• Making cost improvement projects.
