• Bachelor's Degree in related departments (Industrial Enginnering, Mechanical Engineering etc.),
• Having a Master’s Degree and PhD will be preferred,
• Experience of project management, program (preferable),
• Experience of national or international project coordination in Teydep, H2020 etc. (preferable),
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas. 

The position is located in Çayırova.

İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for a Specialist - R&D who will work for Washing Machine Product Directorate.

• Coordination of national and international projects such as Teydep, H2020 etc. in Washing Machine Plant,
• Follow and perform R&D Center acitivities,
• Manage R&D projects to strategies, budgets and timelines,
• Competitor product analysis and realizing benchmark activities,
• Making detailed analysis of competitor products’ features and technologic developments of market,
• Following new trends in the industry,
• Having experience in business planning, process analysis, and design, business and functional requirements analysis.
