Specialist – Quality Assurance

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering(Master Degree is a plus),
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance process,
• Knowledge of Quality Management Platforms and Statistical Analysis,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

The position is located in Ankara.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Arçelik is looking for a Specialist - Quality Assurance who will work for Dishwasher Directorate.

• Planning workshops aiming to solve quality problems permanently by analyzing preventive actions while reaching root causes investigating the process,
• Designing life test systems, making reliability analysis and improving the design by reporting its drawbacks,
• Reporting periodically performance and implementing capability/SPC tracings,
• Updating control procedures in the mean of current critical points/customer complaints.
