JOB DESCRIPTION

Arçelik Group is looking for an Specialist - Process & Service Design that will work for the Customer Care Directorate.

•    Improving activities to increase customer service performance

•    Analyzing and process the requirements of the CRM program and other after-sales programs to develop a standard template for use,
•    Creating test scenarios and test versions,
•    Identifying after-sales problems and propose solutions,
•    Audit and analysis of the main after-sales activities,
•    Providing after-sales process mapping, process modeling and data management,
•    Managing the after-sales target process, procedures and instructions,
•    Determining after-sales development areas and supporting efficient systems,
•    Observing and analyzing after-sales reports / statistics, informing those responsible for suggestions,
•    Designing end-to-end after-sales services processes
