• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering. (Master or PhD preferred.)
• Having experience in research, design and testing of inverter based (multi-phase permanent magnet motors) power electronics solutions and in depth knowledge and experience in the design and development of power electronics solutions
• Having experience in analog and digital signal condition circuit design and ability to design products for compliance with worldwide EMC/EMI standards.
• Knowledge of variable frequency drive control solutions such as V/F, DTC, and familiar with UL and IEC standards and the compliance process, familiarity with industrial an
• Strong knowledge of the use of complex analytical tools such as circuit/system modeling and mathematical analysis programs such as PSpice, Mathcad, MATLAB, and Simulink
• Knowledge of thermal management.

Arçelik is looking for a Specialist-Hardware (Power Electronics) who will work for R&D Directorate. 

• Performing component, circuit, and system simulation to prove out design performance and compliance with product specifications andproduct risk analysis
• Planning development projects through concept, design, validation, documentation, and production launch
• Design, Develop and Lead the development of concepts and circuit designs for multiphase brushless electric motor drive inverter system for Whitegoods Products
• Developing product requirement specifications and validation plans
• Providing technical support for existing products and/or product improvement projects
• Developing product requirement specifications and validation plans
• Defining critical-to-quality features of components and products
• Acting as a technical resource and mentor for less-experienced engineers
• Defining critical-to-quality features of components and products
• Preparing control algorithms and participate in the development of embedded software and control hardware
