• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering (Master Degree is a plus),
• Having Environmental Officer Certificate of the Ministry,
• Having ISO 14001 Internal Auditor Certificate (ISO 14064-1 Certificate is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related area,
• Having experience in environmental legal regulation compliance, environmental projects and factory-based implementations in a related area,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Being a part of a team, showing ultimate attention to timing and quality,
• Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,
• No obstacle for the business trips.

The position is located in Çayırova.

İŞ TANIMI

Arçelik is looking for a Specialist-Environment who will work for Sustainability & Corporate Affairs Directorate, Environment Department.

• Following the compliance of the plants to the national & international environmental legal regulations,
• Establishing, implementing and coordinating the compliance of the company to the international environmental-related management system standards (ISO 14001, ISO 14064-1 and others), planning, realizing and following internal & external audits,
• Performing technical support on implementing and following of the long-term environmental roadmap and, environmental projects of plants,
• Performing technical support for environmental-related utilities of the plants and new plant constructions,
• Following and reporting the performance results of the plants,
• Following and implementing the global developments on environmental-related new technologies,
• Representation of the company on internal & external platforms,
• Preparing and presenting the environmental reports,
• Technical support for waste company relations, agreements, and audits,
• Performing and presenting environmental sustainability projects.
