QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's Degree from Mechanical Engineering (Master Degree is a plus)
- Experience in designing parts with the manufacturing methods of machining and molding
- Hands-on Experience in Mechanical Part Design/Mechanical Engineering Design,
- Solid Background in mechanics of materials, material science
- Solid Background in machine tools and manufacturing processes
- Having knowledge about selection, calculation and standards of industrial component,
- At least five (5) years of R&D/Project Management experience.
- Excellence in CAD softwares (NX (Preferred), Solid, Catia or Pro/E)
- Knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus)
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Çerkezköy.
Arcelik Group is looking for a Senior Specialist – R&D who will work for WAT Motor Products & Project Tribe (R&D) in Çerkezköy.
- Design and analysis electric machines for industrial use and home appliances products.
- Validation and verification of electric motors regarding the related standards (EN, IEC etc.) and regulations (VDA, UL, CE etc.)
- Involve in new project/product implementation activities
- Development activities on existing products, (Cost reduction, Quality improvement activities and etc.)
- Building collaboration and customer satisfaction.
