QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or other related fields,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience and willing to pursue a career in Marketing,
  • Having experience in Community & Event Management and Experience Center is a plus,
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Thinking broadly about business,
  • Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
  • Understanding needs of the market & customer,
  • Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
  • Building collaboration,
  • Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

Position is located in Sütlüce.



JOB DESCRIPTION

Arçelik Group is looking for a Senior Specialist - Marketing Community Management who will work for Marketing Capability & Integration Directorate.

 

Marketing Community;

  • Defining, developing and implementing marketing community strategy for engagement with the online & offline events/programs in order to facilitate connections, share ideas / key learnings and inspire all marketers
  • Working closely with marketing community to maintain and improve existing Global Marketing Community tools such as Town halls, Best Practice sharing platforms.
  • Seeking, developing and designing new ways for marketing community programs
  • Managing yearly calendar of global marketing team and coordinating regional/annual marketing meetings
  • Being responsible for keeping the community engaged, providing ongoing tracking and optimizing the recommendations
  • Monitoring the budget spend

 

Experience Centers

  •  Driving a single engagement and continuous improvement culture in the cooking experience center: The Kitchen in Bolu.
  • Finding new and creative ways to increase the event number and the visitors from inside & outside of the company in order to gather insights.
  • Managing The Kitchen event calendar, package offers, cooking lessons, chef & guest relations, feedbacks, the sponsorships & partnerships and social media planning.
  • Monitoring the budget spend
