QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

BS/BA or University degree in Business or similar field (Master Degree is a plus).
5+ years experience (Sales&marketing related roles preferred)
Computer skills include: MS Office, Powerpoint, Google Analytics (Familiar with SAP, SAP–Hybris, Salesforce is a plus)
Understanding and/or key interest of different technological components of online commerce.
Excellent statistical skills,
Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
No restriction to travel,
Thinking broadly about business,
Understanding needs of the market & customer,
Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
Building collaboration,
Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
 

The position is located in Kadıköy.

İŞ TANIMI

Arçelik Pazarlama is looking for a Senior Specialist –  e-Commerce& e-Support who will work for Transformation & Customer Experience Directorate.

 

  • Delivers annual eCom sales targets for related categories.
  • Responsible for all promotions of assigned categories inline w/ strategy.
  • Sets monthly, weekly or daily campaigns using promotion engine systems.  
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Customer Service, IT, Dealers & Distribution Centers to manage eCom campaigns.
  • Manages multiple E-Commerce business projects.
  • Ensures web prices, images, specs & statuses are updated.
  • Develop and forecast monthly targets and inventory to meet eCommerce goals.
  • Develops new business cooperation for additional sales.
  • Improves funnel concerning to a better customer experience.
  • Identifies patterns of issues/errors and the root causes. 
  • Coordinating sales and marketing efforts in terms of stock management, digital performance& communication.  
  • Supervise fulfilment errors, complaints & inquiries by leading related parties including service stores, dealers and 3pl firms.
  • Develop best in class customer service and UX protocols.
  • Collaborate with IT partners to prioritize tickets based on urgency and customer impact.

Less than 10 years of experience
