QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's Degree in, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering , Mechanical Engineering (MBA & Master Degree is a plus),
  
• Having experience in sales of electrical motor, gearbox and drives,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product or system sales,
• Advance communication and negotiation skills,
• Technical understanding of motor & drive technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognising and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas. 

The position will be located in Ankara.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

WAT Motor is looking for a Regional Sales Executive who will be responsible for Ankara & Konya region.

• Managing sales and marketing activities of existing and new product portfolio,
• Developing new accounts/regions/industries.
• Planning customer visits and developing long-term relationship with existing and new accounts,
• Monitoring financial status of the accounts served.
• Understanding and analysing customer needs and guarantee utmost customer satisfaction,
• Leading negotiations in accordance with company business strategies,
• Identifying the market requirements and developing strategies for sustainable growth,
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports and forecasting
• Presenting and sharing useful information across departments and functions.
