QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
  • Experienced in HVAC & Plumbing industry with a basic understanding of building mechanical systems,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Excellent statistical skills
  • No restriction to travel,
  • Thinking broadly about business,
  • Understanding needs of the market & customer,
  • Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
  • Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
  • Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
  • Building collaboration,
  • Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

 

    QUALIFICATIONS 


  • Arçelik Pazarlama is looking for a Project Sales Executive who will work for HVAC & Energy Solutions Department. Position will be based in Ankara.
  • Following-up new construction projects and renovation projects,
  • Creating a project and customer portfolio,
  • Conducting communication activities with key men, decision-makers and influencers-investors, project design companies, controllers, contractors and etc.,
  • Informing these actors about our products and services,
  • Conducting project design works and necessary HVAC calculations in order analyze HVAC needs of given projects in conformity with customer expectations,
  • Preparing project technical specification documents, providing our products to be in prescription sheets and project short-lists,
  • In order to inform investors about customer benefits and superior features of our products, making product comparison reports with competitor products including technical specifications, energy consumption, management systems of the given project,
  • Coordinating dealer, contractor, investor and necessary units of the company at sales process of given project,
  • Preparing sales contracts and completing them with customers and company units,
  • Following up project field activities at delivery and installation in order to provide start-up processes without any problem,
  • In accordance with company targets, creating new dealers and partners,
  • Managing dealer – company relationship.
