QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer or similar discipline,
- Minimum 1 years of experience in quality assurance or related fields,
- Experience in a manufacturing and quality environment is preferred.
- Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team,
- Market awareness and understanding of multi-cultural environments,
- Creative problem-solving ability and a results orientation,
- Basic knowledge of SAP,
- Passionate about learning new Technologies,
- Good understanding in statistical tools for root cause analysis and statistical decision making,
- Knowledgeable in quality tools: Six Sigma, Lean, 8D, PPAP, SPC,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,

JOB DESCRIPTION
Arçelik is looking for an Engineer – Quality Assurance who will work for Quality Assurance Department in Refrigerator Directorate.
- Establish and maintain the In-Coming Quality Control process and key deliverables,
- Train the In-Coming Quality Control inspectors on the In-Coming Quality Control process and key deliverables,
- Manage a team of Incoming Quality Inspectors,
- Conduct and approve incoming purchased parts/components/materials inspection per Arçelik requirements prior to goods receipt by Arçelik,
- Ensures that all measurement equipment used are well maintained and calibrated to schedules,
- Utilizes statistical methods for intelligent sampling for efficient inspections,
- Engage in supplier audit activities to evaluate supplier compliances on Arçelik’s requirements when required,
- Engage in new suppliers’ qualification activities to develop the alternative resources when required,
- Report the incoming quality activites and performance status to department manager,
- Understand and apply the manufacturing quality toolset including GR&R/measurement system analysis, control plans Cpk, Cp, SPC, hard gauging applications, computer-based inspection methods,
- Review drawings to evaluate quality requirements including correct application of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), proper use of engineering, process and material specifications, and identification of key characteristics for inspection plans and methods,
- Coordinate with other departments ( R&D, engineering management, purchasing, planning, production)
- Participate in and contribute to Reliability projects and activities,
