Our more than 40.000 employees around the world give power to our future.Apply and let’s grow, respect, lead together. As part of the Arçelik Central R&D Software Development Team, you will be responsible for developing Embedded System Softwares and implementing performance and feature enhancements for next generation of Embedded MDA/SDA products.  You will be responsible for researching, designing, building and maintaining Embedded Software Systems. What awaits you in this role? We are looking for a passionate Engineer-R&D – Software Development who will join our team at R&D Directorate.

• Designing software architecture,
• Developing software for new generation devices in order to provide novel and smart solutions,
• Developing maintainable, reliable, efficient and well documented code,
• Performing Unit Testing and Code Reviews
• Customization of bootloaders, kernel and system level software for new platforms,
• Managing individual deadlines and deliverables,
• Collaborate closely with testers and field engineers for quality assurance
• Working with internal and external partners.

The position is located in İzmir. How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree/student in computer science or electronics engineering (Master Degree is a plus),
• Having knowledge/experience in embedded C/C++ development,
• Knowledge of scripting languages including Python and Shell,
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and kernel development is a plus,
• Having experience in software performance optimization for embedded devices is a plus,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
