QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering or other related fields (Master's degree is a plus)
- Having experience in Product Management, R&D or Marketing,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,
- No restriction for traveling,
The position is located in Sütlüce.
Arçelik is looking for an Engineer - Product Management who will work for Product Management Directorate.
- Working closely with multifunctional teams to create and execute long-term product roadmaps,
- Managing global product ranges in coordination with local teams,
- Researching market and competition,
- Analysing consumer insight,
- Making product definition and price positioning,
- Being responsible for project management of projects,
