QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Please note this is a fixed-term hiring which will last for 6-10 months.
- Min. 1 year experience of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- University diploma required
- E-invoice, E-ledger experience is a plus
- Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
- Proficient in Excel , SAP experience is a plus
- Good command in English
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Respond to vendor and customer inquiries
- Reconcile vendor and customer statements, research and correct discrepancies
- Follow up cash collection process ,price discrepancies, debit notes & credit notes from customers to be in line with company procedures
- Assist in month end closing
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Assist with other projects as needed

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
