QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic, intelligent, strategic Human Resources Generalist,

  • University degree,
  • Minimum 4 years experience in HR department with a similar job description preferably with experience as a generalist
  • Good knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and Social Security regulations
  • Strong planning and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Proven communication and conflict management skills
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Intense customer service focus with a strong sense of urgency
  • Must demonstrate ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible - ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures, priorities and/or work environments
  • Strong working knowledge of microsoft office (knowledge of logo is a plus),
  • Good command of English ,

Position will report to HR Manager. Her/ His role and responsibilities will not be limited by this definition;

  • Primary consultant on employee relations, Leverage knowledge of employment law and labor relations to advise, coach and develop action plans accordingly,
  • Execution of all personnel affairs, payroll procedures
  • Maintain employee files and records
  • Preparing payroll details (bonuses, salary deductions etc.)
  • Execution and follow-up all legal notices in the scope of personal affairs
  • Preparing the required reports related to personal affairs and payroll processes
  • Assists recruitment and talent acquisition and dismissal process
  • Follow up group policies, translate and share with the organization
  • Assisting in development and implementation of human resources policies
  • Ensuring compliance of HR policies and procedures, updating applicable compliance documents where appropriate
  • Supporting performance management process
  • Be a business supporter, enabler for HR related requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Manage recruitment process (job ads, pre-screening, interview scheduling, offer process)
  • Provide assistance to employees on various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, benefits, policies, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned..

Preferred Candidate

More than 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Student), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed
