Senior Finance Manager

We are currently hiring a Senior Finance Manager for the responsible for the Egypt-Turkey-Dubai-Abu Dhabi region who has previous experience managing an international shared service center finance function.

This role has broad responsibilities , some key areas the role will oversee are highlighted below. This role is highly visible within the organisation and reports into the CFO.

• Ensure department compliance with company financial policies

- Budgeting & forecasting

- Management reporting

- Financial consolidation

- Taxation

- Insurance & asset Management

Accounting

• Guarantee a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Oversee the accounting department, including the design of an adequate organizational structure.

Financial Information and Control

• Oversee the timely and accurate issuance of financial information to the HQ.
• Ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles and IFRS.
• Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts.
• Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management.
• Guarantee financial and operating metrics and measure performance accordingly.
• Oversee the financial operations of subsidiaries, their control systems, policies and procedures.
• Provide financial analyses in particular for pricing, cost, capital investments, contracts

- University Degree from a reputable university, MBA or master degree is a plus,

- Solid experience in International Financial Accounting Standards (IFRS)

- Minimum 8 years relevant experience,

- Advanced level in English and Arabic

- Advanced level in Excel and other office programs,

- ERP system knowledge,

- Lead by example, demonstrate proven strong work ethic

- Strategic thinking, team building, strong communication and presentation skills, leadership skills, Organizational skills with great management skills.

- Being able to work with international profiles,

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work with cross functional teams and senior management
