General Qualifications

• Graduated from Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, etc.) faculties of universities,
• Be well-versed in Human Resources Performance Management, Talent Management
• At least 3 years experienced,
• Preferably SAP,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Careful, meticulous, result and solution oriented,
• Successful in human relations, strong communication.

Job description

• Ensuring that the Performance Evaluation System is developed considering the needs of the group
• Creating competency catalog
• Determining measurable targets and defining target cards in the system
• Providing necessary information to the employees with announcements and meetings before and after (feedback) the evaluation process regarding the targets and competencies, creating user manuals about the system
• Reporting performance results
• To ensure that Performance Evaluation results are used in Talent Management, Promotion and Rotation, Training Planning, Wage Management processes
• Creating career maps
• To ensure that promotion and rotation processes are carried out within the framework of career maps
• Establishing the Talent Matrix and ensuring its calibration by the Career Development Board
• Carry out key staff backup processes and follow the development of star employees
• Providing opportunity for horizontal and vertical movement within the organization that will provide opportunity for employees to develop in line with their competencies and increase the added value they provide to the company
• Developing short and long term Talent Management projects to meet the needs of the Group
• Creating staff budgets using staff planning data
• Providing monthly reporting of company personnel budget and analyzing deviation issues
• To follow the indirect labor budget planned / realized monthly and to investigate the reasons in case of deviation
